LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Brutalis is not liable for lost shipments or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Customers must file claims directly with the appropriate carrier in the event of a lost or stolen package. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location to prevent theft.
